If it isn’t for you, take your money back.

We would rather refund you than keep $19 from a couple this didn’t help. Ask within 14 days and it is yours back — you do not have to explain yourself, and we will not send you through a retention flow.
The one-time couple link — US$19
- Within 14 days of buying it: ask and we refund it in full. Whether or not you linked, whether or not you used it.
- After 14 days: write to us anyway. If the app didn’t work, if you were charged twice, or if something went wrong at our end, we will make it right rather than point at a deadline.
When we refund the link, the purchase comes off the account and you go back to the free solo tier, which is yours forever regardless. Refunding does not delete your data — if you want that too, say so in the same email and we will do both.
AI assist packs — US$5 for 50
- Unused pack, within 14 days: refunded in full.
- Partly used, within 14 days: we refund the share you haven’t spent. The wallet balance is right there, so this is arithmetic, not a negotiation.
- Assists spent on cooling notes have been used and paid for at our end, so those aren’t refundable. If an assist was taken but the AI failed, it is returned to your wallet automatically — that is not something you need to ask us for.
- When a refund goes through, the thing you paid for is withdrawn at the same time, automatically: a refunded couple purchase can no longer send new invites, and a refunded assist pack comes back out of the shared wallet. A couple who are already linked keep their space and their history — we are not going to take your writing away over a payment.
There is nothing to cancel
Fightless has no subscription. Nothing renews, nothing bills again, and there is no plan to remember to switch off. You buy the link once, and you top up assists only when you choose to.
How to ask
Email support@fightless.love with:
- The order or receipt number from your Dodo Payments confirmation email.
- Which purchase you mean — the couple link, or an assist pack.
- Anything you want to tell us about why. Optional, and it never changes the answer.
Please don’t send us anything from inside your arguments. We cannot read them, and we do not want to start.
How long it takes
What to expect
We reply within 2 business days and approve or decline then and there. Once approved, the refund is issued back to the card or method you paid with. Banks typically take a further 5–10 business days to show it, which is out of our hands and out of Dodo’s.
If we ever decline, we will tell you why in plain words, and you can come back at us.
Who actually sends the money
Dodo Payments is our merchant of record — they are the seller on your receipt and they hold the payment. So we approve the refund and Dodo processes it back to your original payment method. Any tax charged at checkout is refunded with it. You may see “Dodo Payments” rather than “Fightless” on your statement, both for the charge and the refund.
Before you file a chargeback
Please just email us. A chargeback costs us a fee, takes weeks, and gets you the same money we would have sent back in two days. We have never refused a good-faith refund and we do not intend to start.
Your legal rights
This policy is what we offer voluntarily. It sits on top of your statutory rights — including any consumer right of withdrawal for digital purchases where you live — and does not replace or limit them.
