The deal between us.

Using Fightless means agreeing to what is on this page. It is short on purpose. If something here is unfair, tell us at support@fightless.love and we will look at it — that is not a formality.

Who you are agreeing with

Fightless is operated by Rupeestack Platform Private Limited, a company registered in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. “We” and “us” below mean that company. “You” means the person using Fightless. You need to be 18 or older.

What Fightless is

Fightless is a tool for two people in a relationship to work through an argument without being in the same room at the same temperature. You say what you mean, an AI restates it more calmly, you approve it, your partner answers it point by point, and you seal it together.

It is a utility. It has no streaks, no daily check-ins and no reason to open it when nothing needs saying.

What Fightless is not

If someone is in danger, do not use an app. If you or your partner is at risk of being hurt, is being threatened, or is thinking about self-harm, contact your local emergency number or a local crisis line straight away. Fightless is asynchronous and unmonitored — nobody is on the other end, and a message here may sit unread for hours.

The AI restates what you wrote; it does not judge who is right, and it can get things wrong. That is why nothing is ever sent until you have read the cooled version and approved it. What lands with your partner is what you chose to send.

Your account and your key

Your account is anonymous: a name you choose and a token held on your device. Keep that device secure, because whoever holds it holds the account.

The key that encrypts your arguments is created on your phone and shared with your partner inside the invite code. It exists nowhere else. We cannot reset it, recover it or copy it — if both of you lose it, the encrypted history is unrecoverable, permanently, including by us. Share your invite code in person and treat it like a key, because it is one.

What you pay

There is no subscription and there never will be.

• Solo is free, forever. One person, unlimited arguments, no AI, no card.
• Linking your partner is a one-time US$19, paid by whoever sends the invite, once per couple. It includes 20 AI assists to start.
• AI assist packs are US$5 for 50, prepaid, topped up whenever you want.

Assists sit in a wallet shared by the two of you. One assist is spent when a note is cooled down; if that call fails, the assist is returned to the wallet automatically. Assists have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another couple, and cannot be exchanged for money except through a refund under our refund policy. They do not expire. An empty wallet never blocks you — sending your words uncooled stays free.

Prices are in US dollars. Tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. We may change prices in future, but never for something you have already bought.

How you buy

Purchases happen on the web, at fightless.love, and are sold by Dodo Payments as merchant of record — Dodo is the seller on the transaction, handles your card details, and collects and remits the applicable tax. Their terms apply to the payment itself; these terms apply to the service you get. Once the payment clears, the purchase appears on your account.

Using it decently

Fightless is for you and your partner. Don’t use it to threaten, harass, stalk or abuse another person. Don’t use it to break the law. Don’t try to break the encryption, probe other people’s accounts, script against our API, resell access, or overload the service.

We cannot read your arguments, so we do not police their contents — but if an account is being used to hurt someone, or to attack the service, we may suspend or close it.

What we promise, and what we don’t

We will do our honest best to keep Fightless running and to keep it private. But it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that the AI restatement will be accurate, or that it will fix your relationship. We give no warranties beyond the ones the law gives you and does not let us waive.

We may change the service, and we may retire features. If we ever shut Fightless down, we will tell you before we do, with enough notice to get what you need off it.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data where the cause is a lost key we never held, or for what you and your partner say to each other. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights stand whatever this page says.

Ending it

You can stop using Fightless whenever you like. Signing a device out deletes the couple key from that device, which is deliberate and irreversible unless you saved your space key first. To close your account entirely, open Space in the app and choose Close my account — it takes effect immediately, and you do not need to ask us. If you would rather we did it, email support@fightless.love. See the privacy policy for what deletion removes.

We may end your access if you break these terms in a way that harms someone or the service. If we do that and you had paid recently, we will refund you unless the reason was abuse.

Changes to these terms

If we change them we will update the date at the top, and we will say plainly what changed if it affects what you get or what you pay. Continuing to use Fightless after that means the new version applies.

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka. If you are a consumer somewhere with laws that give you a local forum or stronger protections, this clause does not take those away from you.
